Easy Steps to Return

Email us at returns@thejacketcloset.com with your order number and reason for return. - Get a Confirmation
Our support team will guide you with the return instructions. - Ship It Back
Send the jacket back in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Prefer a different size or style? No problem — we’ll be happy to exchange your jacket once the original one is received and approved.
