Wrong Product Received by the Customer:
Once you have received the package, please make sure you recheck the product with the requirements you made. Taking an example, if you made an order of a wool coat and received a wool jacket instead, that is a problem from our side, and we take full responsibility. However, if the product is different from the size you mentioned, we will make a return, but before you choose a size it is important that you understand that The Jacket Closet follows standard American size. Also, if you are making an order of a customized jacket, with customized color, make sure to ask our team for pictures before we dispatch the order (keeping in mind colors in pictures may differ from the original because of lightning and editing of the pictures). No returns, refunds, and exchanges will be made if the problem lies from your side (customer). In case, you ordered a black jacket and now wish to exchange it with a red jacket instead, these types of requests will not be catered to. Customized products may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances. However, you can still give us a call and we will try and do our best for you. Defective Product Received by the Customer:
We recommend our customers to make a video while they unpack the package to avoid any future problems. If you have received a defective product you can make a refund, return or exchange request within 3 days, requests will only be catered if you have a video proof that the product you received was already defective. The Jacket Closet believes to build a strong relationship of trust with its customers, any minor defect in the product will also be replaced. Also if you wish to get a refund on the defective product, you have to wait till we receive the product back. The mode of payment refund will be PayPal. Most importantly in case of a return, refund, and exchange, customers would have to bear charges for shipping back the item to us.
Damaged Product Received by the Customer:
In case of any damaged product, the customers are eligible to get a return, refund, or exchange. But the policy stays the same as elaborated above, no requests will be catered without video proof. Damaged during the shipping will be replaced, returned, and exchanged. The customer, however, has to pay for the shipping costs, and TJC does not hold any responsibility for any shipping charges then.
Tampered Product Received by the Customer:
We recommend our customers to make a video while they pack back the product for the return shipment. In case of any damage received on the returned product (with no video proof), we will make no exchange, return or refund for the tampered products. Return and Alteration
The Jacket Closet is committed to giving our customers the perfect leather products on the first go. However, if you made a custom order, we have a complete procedure for it. Our sales team will send you clear measurement pictures, once we receive approval from the customers we will dispatch the package and it will not be returned, refund, or exchange. It is recommended to ask the sales team for clear measurements before you give final approval, as no alterations will be made after that in custom products. However, if a customer wants to make any alteration (first) before the dispatch it is free of cost. No products will be returned, refund, or exchange once the dispatch has been made.

Design & Quality
Solution: Before dispatching your order, the salesperson shares pictures of your actual product. You can review the design, material, and stitching before we dispatch it. So this reason is potentially eliminated. Once the package is dispatched no design & quality refunds will be made.
Solution: When you place a custom order, our sales agent asks for your size, please make sure we follow American size measurement. It is recommended to every customer that they follow our sizing guide to take their body measurements. When you take your measurements correctly, there are chances for sizing errors. So, before we dispatch your product we take measurements pictures, so our customers get the best body fit. Feel free to ask for alteration in case of any error, the first alteration is free of cost. However, once we dispatch the package, there won’t be any refund, return, and exchange on sizing issues. The JAcket Closet will not pay any shipping charges in case of package return.
We do not accept returns against refunds for custom orders. Please understand that your custom order is specially made for you. All details including style, material, accessories are as per your choice and we are not likely to sell it to anyone else.
